The much-awaited update to iOS4 is now available, ahead of the expected March 11 release date, with the promised “personal hotspot” feature making your iPhone 4 a mobile WiFi router (like the Huawei E5).Total download file is 669.8MB so it will take some time if you don’t have a good connection.
